How do I reset or change my password on myCoinify?

Resetting your password

If you have an account with one of our partners, you will need to reset your password on their platform.

If you have forgotten your myCoinify account's password, you will need to reset it. 

1. Click “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page.

2. Input the email address you have signed up with and verify that you are human. Please, do not leave the page.

3. An email with a code will be sent to the email address you provided.

4. Enter the reset code on the page.

5. Once you enter the code, you can create a new password.

6. After you enter a new password, you will be provided with the option to Log in. 

Changing your password

If you want to change your password, you must first be logged into your myCoinify trading account:

1. Once logged in to your account, click on "My Account".

1. Then click "Change Password".

1. You will then be prompted to input your current password, followed by your new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. 

4. Once you have filled in all fields, click "Change," and your new password will be saved. The next time you log in, you will be required to use this password.
