If you have a personal trade account, we can only accept transfers from a personal bank account.

Can I use a payment provider?
No, transfers issued through a payment provider will be rejected.
Can I use an account jointly owned with someone else?
Yes, however, we will ask you for proof of co-ownership of the account.
Who should pay transfer fees?
We pay our bank’s fees, you pay yours.
My bank refuses to process the transfer to Coinify. What should I do?
