You can cancel a sell trade from the "Trade History" menu in your Coinify account, but only before sending the cryptocurrency.
Once we receive your cryptocurrency and start processing your trade, cancelling it will not result in a refund. Cryptocurrency refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as the ones listed below:
- You have requested a bank transfer to be sent to an account which is not in your name (such as a spouse's or corporate account). We cannot accept bank accounts which are not in the trader's name, even though, in case of a corporate account, you own the company behind it.
- To make sure you receive your bank transfer, it is important to consult with your bank and find out whether they accept transfers from companies working with cryptocurrencies. It is your responsibility to check this before creating sell trades. If your bank does not accept our transfer, it will be returned to us. Both the return and the re-issuing of your transfer to you will incur fees either from intermediary banks or from Coinify. Please read more about this here.
