Cancelling a buy trade paid by bank transfer

You can easily cancel bank trades from the "Order History" menu of your trade account.

1. Log in to your Coinify account
2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of our app)
3. Go to "Order History". 
4. Once there, find and select your trade order, and tap on "Cancel Order".

This option may be useful if you changed your mind before sending a bank transfer and do not want a pending trade to take up part of your daily limit.

Important: The cancellation of bank trades has no effect once you have sent the transfer and the funds have reached our account. In such cases, a refund will not be issued and the trade will be processed.
