Information about the process of generating and paying Invoices from the merchant account

How Do I Generate Coinify Invoices?

1. Log in to your merchant account and tap the “Payment” (briefcase) button on the navigation bar at your merchant dashboard, then tap the “Invoices” button. And then, tap the “Create Invoice” button.

2. Fill in the fields such as invoice reference to the invoice issued by your invoicing system, amount, fiat currency, and recipient’s email.

3. Tap the “Create Invoice” button to send your Coinify Invoice via email.

 

The recipient will be able to receive the invoice instantly and pay by hitting the “Pay” button.

The recipient can click the Pay button, which will redirect them to the Coinify payment window where they can choose the cryptocurrency and complete the payment. For further details, read "How to pay with Cryptocurrency".

4. You will now be able to view the status and other details of your invoice. If required, you will also be able to upload the necessary invoice documentation.

 

5. When the recipient completes the payment, you will see the status of the invoice and also the transaction that completed it.

6. You will now be able to view the status and other details of your invoice(s).
