Steps to Migrate

Sign Up on the New Dashboard
Visit the New Dashboard Sign-Up Page and click the Sign-Up button. -
Use Your Existing Email
Ensure you use the same email as your current account to facilitate the migration process. -
Confirm Your Email
Follow the confirmation link sent to your email to verify your address. -
Log In to the New Dashboard
After confirming your email, return to the dashboard and log in. After you log in, you will need to provide your full name. -
Notify Support
Once you logged in and provided your name, inform our support team to initiate the migration process for your account. -
Wait for Migration Completion
Migrations are performed daily. After completion, you’ll receive a confirmation, and you can use the new dashboard with the password you created during sign-up.
Important Deadlines
- The old dashboard will be discontinued on March 31, 2025. Ensure you migrate before this date to avoid any disruption.
