Proof of Source of Coins

The review of the provided documents takes up to 2–3 business days. During busy periods with a high volume of transactions, documentation approval might take longer than expected.

Examples of acceptable forms of documentary evidence are detailed below:

 

Proof of source of coins for individuals and corporations

Cryptocurrencies purchased on other brokers and other exchanges 
  • Screenshot of transaction history, where the movement of coins from exchange to a private wallet (withdrawal) is visible.
  • Confirmation emails, which provide proof of purchase or withdrawal.

Note: The receiving wallet address and the exchange name/logo should be visible. self-made ''Excel list'' cannot be accepted.

Mining
  • Screenshots of the platforms and programs used.
  • screenshot from the mining platform confirming the account details.
  • Screenshots of mining revenues and rewards.
  • Withdrawal receipts from the mining platform (wallet address that you withdraw them into shall be visible).

Income from services
  • Receipts for services that have been paid for in cryptocurrencies.

Note: Detailed description of the service, Cryptocurrency addresses of the recipients, Date of the transaction, and The amount sent displayed in cryptocurrency shall be visible. 

Coin or token swaps
  • Provide swap receipts/swapping history. 

Note: The amount of crypto currencies received, the date of the transaction, and the platform that has been used shall be visible.

 

If you are unable to provide the documents required by our Compliance Department:

  • We will refund you the amount of cryptocurrencies equivalent to the FIAT value of your payout at the moment the refund is issued.
  • We will also charge an administrative refund fee of 50 EUR or equivalent. 
  • In instances where documentation is not provided, your account will be disabled until the required documents are uploaded and approved.
  • In cases where a transaction passes through one of our partners, refusal to provide the documentation requested by them will result in a refund where the fee is determined by the partner.
