Merchant payouts are processed every Wednesday when the merchant's available balance exceeds the minimum transfer amount (250 EUR). Additional payouts take place when the available merchant's balance reaches 50,000 EUR or more.
Any payments received after 10:00 PM CET on Wednesday will be processed in the following week's payout cycle.
For certain high-value payments (typically above €15,000), we need to conduct a compliance review before processing the payout. This review may take additional time and could delay the payout by up to a week. We appreciate your understanding during this process.
Due to exchange rates for currencies and administration costs, some types of payouts may include a processing fee. Minimum and maximum payout amounts vary depending on the type of payment account used. Please review all the details from the list below:
SEPA settlements
Minimum transfer: 250 EUR

Fee: Free
International bank transfer settlements
Minimum transfer: 250 EUR (or equivalent)
Currency: View supported currencies
Fee: 15 EUR per bank transfer
Bitcoin settlements
Minimum transfer: 0.001 BTC
Fee: 0.0001 BTC to cover Bitcoin network fees.

Important:
You can set the minimum higher than our default minimum to save on banking costs. If you later change your mind, simply lower the minimum, and the payout will be automatically the following Wednesday, provided your new set minimum has been reached.
