When making a cryptocurrency payment, it is essential to select the correct cryptocurrency and blockchain network. Payments sent using the wrong coin or network may not be processed automatically and can result in additional fees or loss of funds.
Wrong Coin or Wrong Network
If a payment is received using an incorrect coin or an incorrect but supported network, a manual refund may be possible.
In such cases, an administrative refund processing fee of 20 EUR applies. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount. Payments below 20 EUR will not be refunded, as the transaction value does not cover the processing fee.
Unsupported Networks
Payments sent via an unsupported blockchain network will not be refunded.
Due to technical limitations, assets received on unsupported networks are irrecoverable, and we do not have the ability to access or return these funds.
Double Payments
If a customer accidentally sends multiple payments to the same wallet address for the same transaction, a refund may be possible.
A 20 EUR administrative refund processing fee applies and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Payments below 20 EUR will not be refunded.
Important Reminder
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always ensure that:
The cryptocurrency and network are supported
The correct blockchain network and correct coin are selected
The payment details are carefully reviewed before sending
