Can I use my corporate account?
No, you have a personal trade account, thus we accept transfers from personal accounts only. Write our support to enable a corporate account.
Can I use a payment provider?
No, transfers issued through a payment provider (e.g. Transferwise) will be rejected, as they are sent from a 3rd party account.
Can I use a joint account?
Yes, however, we will ask you for a proof of co-ownership of such an account.
Who should pay transfer fees?
We pay our bank’s fees, you pay yours.
My Bank refuses to process the transfer to Coinify account, what should I do?
To allow for transfer, the customer has to ensure that their account is open to international transfers. Please contact your bank to ensure that this option is allowed on your bank account.
