If your identity verification was rejected, then the reason might be one of the following:
Inconsistencies between the information you entered and the one in the document uploaded
Missing information: date of birth, issue and expiry date of the documents
Document scans where the information on the document is not clearly visible (blurry or incomplete images, objects/light reflections obstructing information)
Coinify requirements aren’t met (f.ex. trader is under 18 years of age, trader resides in a country outside of the area we operate in)
Important: In any of the above cases, the transaction will be rejected in our system. In cases where the identity verification is rejected because, for example, the scan of the document is low-quality, we recommend that you try again with a better scan. However, in cases where the identity verification was rejected due to the fact that the trader resides in a country outside of the area we operate in, then re-initiating the process will result in the same outcome.
