We introduced a new dashboard to enhance your experience and provide improved functionality. If you are still on the old dashboard you can read more about Migration to the New Dashboard here.
To refund a payment, go to your main dashboard and search in "Shortcuts" using the Payment Intent/ID.
The Payment Intent window will appear and display all the information regarding this payment. At the bottom of the page, you will see a section called "Manually refund payment intent". Click on "Create Refund" to continue.
In the refund window, you can initiate either a full or a partial refund for the specific Payment Intent. Simply enter the amount you want to refund, and the refund will be initiated. Confirm by clicking on "Create Refund".
After the refund is created, an email will be sent to the customer with a link, where they will be requested to insert their refund wallet address (on the same network). After we receive the wallet address, the refund will be automatically completed.
Merchants can also cancel refunds themselves by clicking on "Cancel" and then reinitiating a new refund, if necessary.
