If you wish to close your account, you have to contact us with the subject 'Close my account'.
- Closing your myCoinify trade account is not the same as closing your wallet account. Once you do this, you won't be able to use only the trading services which Coinify offers.
- All other features of the wallet will remain active.
- Your wallet balance won't be affected.
- If you would like to close your wallet, you will have to contact your wallet provider.
We are sad to see you go, but of course, it is your decision.
Don't be a stranger, though. Come back from time-to-time to check us out and if you ever decide to use our services again, we will be happy to reopen your account.

Please Note: We can only disable your account and not delete it. Under the law on accounting § 10, Coinify is obligated to keep all accounting material for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates. As a consequence, Coinify cannot at present time delete all of your personal data, cf. point b of article 17, section 3 of the general data protection regulation (GDPR). Please read more here.
